Laredo boots generally run true to size. We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size, but keep in mind that leather will naturally stretch and mold to your feet over time for a custom fit.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn boots. Items must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear on the outsoles to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your boots sooner.
Are Laredo boots waterproof?
While our leather boots offer natural water resistance, they are not fully waterproof unless specified in the product description. We recommend applying a leather protector spray for added durability in wet conditions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I care for my leather boots?
